Supporting Women Through
Pregnancy & Birth
Because I Care

I will be your Biggest Supporter For What You Want   In Your Birth & Not Be Judged

If you’re wondering what a Birth Doula is, this should sum it up for you. You  also can go to www.dona.org and   read much more. The word "Doula" comes from  ancient Greek, meaning "a woman who serves." it is now used to refer to a trained and experienced professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support to the mother before, during and just after birth; or who provides emotional and practical support during the postpartum period. Studies have shown that when Birth Doulas attend births, labors are shorter with fewer complications, babies are healthier and they breastfeed more easily.

"I've used Tiffany as a massage therapist and as a birth doula and she is fantastic! During labor, she stayed up with me all night massaging my back through painful contractions. It was the only thing that kept me focused through the pain and helped make delivery such a calm experience." Amanda J

“Tiffany was everthing I wanted in a doula. She stayed close and anticipated my needs during the hardst part of labor. She helped us communicate with medical staff and family. She took pictures when we forgot, and The great advantage Tiffany has over some doulas is being a licensed massage therpist. Her expert massages added so much to my comfort during pregnancy and labor.” Rachel B.
